I have been going to Roasti since they opened and it's been amazing since day 1. Today I got both a double espresso and a cortado with their current single origin of choice, their Ethiopia Gedeb. The double espresso had wonderful flavour and clarity, and the cortado's milk added a nice balanced sweetness. You can't go wrong with anything here, and if you're ever in doubt about what to try they are all very friendly and willing to help guide you in the right direction based on what you like. Cannot recommend Roasti highly enough. 100% my favourite coffee shop in Sherwood Park and high up in my favourites in the Edmonton area.

This is one of my favorite shops! It has the best coffee beans, their customer service is top notch, and their drinks are consistently delicious.
