Ahhh feels like you are in Europe (the plaza looks like you stepped in Amsterdam). Eclipse coffee beans for their espresso drinks. Loved my flat-white and croissant was flaky and buttery. A must if you are in Edmonton.

Oat milk latte from one of Edmonton’s newest cafes, Rhubarb. They’ve paired with Eclipse coffee to make their own roast recipe. I will have to say, It’s been awhile since I’ve ended a first sip with a pause and…wow!
