Based in Montreal, Café Pista is both a small chain of coffee shops and a roaster. Pista started out in 2014 as a pop-up cafe on a bike. The bike was regularly parked in front of the terrace at Arts Café located in the Mile-End. In the following years, Maxime, the founder, propelled Pista from a humble coffee-bike to a brick-and-mortar coffee shop. In 2016, Pista opened its first location on Beaubien Street. Today, Pista has three coffee shops and roasts its own specialty coffee beans.

Holiday Box Rich-Corsé Day 1 - Starting with the familiar Posta roaster in Montréal, this Brazilian coffee expresses its chocolaty sweet side, molasses and hazelnut astringency. Great start!
