Pour over

Drank as both pour over and French press. Both very good with excellent mouthfeel as press. Nice bright flavours and good acidity. Apple descriptor is relevant. I would buy this coffee.

Not a bad cup. What I liked was the light-medium body to it. Bright citrus on the first taste. Apple and caramel are normally darker roasted flavours so didn’t love that. Also felt the nose was underwhelming
