Sierra Cafe has a great ambience which feels high end and exciting to go to. By the look of it, you feel like the coffee has to be good. Unfortunately, I’ve visited Sierra several times to try its coffee and have been disappointed every time. I ordered a flat white, cortado, and latte in the times that I visited. Every drink the espresso was under extracted. I couldn’t even finish my cortado at one point because it was like drinking lemon juice with how sour it was. I feel like this cafe has potential but they need better training on how to dial in their espresso.
