This was enjoyable as someone who loves Earl Grey tea, it imparts more florals from a pour over, while the espresso is where the acidity takes center stage, and as a latte gives a strong impression of Hong Kong milk tea in the best way possible!

Very aromatic of wet paper, medium body, astringent acidity and bitterness akin to citrus rind in multiple brews makes it less than pleasant to find the apple/pear flavors, maybe a hint of florals; lacking sweetness, textural on the roof of the mouth with an average aftertaste.

The nectarine comes through very nicely on this. It's juicy apple and bright, a classic washed Ethiopian bean. Hint of blueberry notes
