Firebat Coffee Roasters

Based in Oakville, Firebat Coffee is an independent coffee roaster that focuses exclusively on Salvadoran coffees. Officially founded in 2016 by Rodrigo, Gustavo & Leena, the trio met in their home country of El Salvador in 2013. After moving to Canada, Gustavo & Leena would start the coffee roastery, while Rodrigo would manage the company’s coffee farm in Chalatenango. Their goal is to showcase the great potential of Salvadoran coffees in the Canadian coffee market.
