Wildflowers
Wildflowers is a seasonal release from Ethiopia. We generally aim for a coffee that has floral aromas, and lots of berry flavours. This season's coffee is from the Yirgacheffe region, famous for its beautiful heirloom coffee. This coffee is sourced from the Gerse region, and our first time buying from this sub-region. In the cup we are getting lots of berry notes, including strawberry and blueberry, as well as citrus and tropical IPA notes. The coffee is delicate, clean and sweet.
