To achieve this exceptionally smooth profile, 94 Celcius meticulously blended two outstanding coffees sourced from leading women producers. The recipe features 70% Costa Rica - Jardín de Aromas, an elegant washed lot grown by Carole Zbinden on the volcanic slopes of Carrizal, paired with 30% Brazil - Fazenda Chapadão, a natural Yellow Bourbon produced by Poliana Pereira in the Alta Mogiana region.

In the cup, the synergy is flawless. The experience kicks off with a plush, creamy texture driven by the Brazilian component, unveiling comforting notes of milk chocolate and creamy caramel. Swiftly, the crisp clarity of the Costa Rican terroir brightens the cup, introducing a refined, gentle acidity accented by delicate hints of vanilla and brown sugar. Expertly roasted to be highly versatile, Velvet performs beautifully as a clean, warming pour-over or a luscious, velvety espresso shot with a thick, syrupy crema.
