Tres Manos

Discover Tres Manos, an exceptional coffee from the mountains of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. This unique lot brings together the micro-lots of three sisters, the Mendez family, united by their passion and dedication to producing outstanding coffees. With its rich notes of orange, brown sugar, and a silky texture reminiscent of pecan, Tres Manos delivers a comforting and perfectly balanced cup.

Tres Manos is the result of collective work across three plots: Los Nacimientos, Los Pinos, and El Mirador. Grown at high altitudes, this coffee reflects the unique terroir of San Pedro Necta. The Mendez sisters, supported by their family, work together in remarkable collaboration, sharing their resources and expertise. Every step, from meticulous picking to fermentation (24-36 hours) and drying on patios (11-14 days), is carried out with care to deliver a cup of exceptional quality.

Definitely tasted the orange, good on its own as espresso. Surprisingly also a nice latte base.
