Tarrazú

Costa Rica has earned a global reputation for producing some of the world's best coffee. The country has 8 main coffee growing regions, of which Tarrazù is the most well known.

This coffee is sourced from small producers in the region of Tarrazù. The region is fuelled by coffee production and export. During harvest season, Tarrazú sees its population grow threefold with the influx of seasonal workers. Many people’s income largely depends on coffee production.

The resulting cup reminds us of raspberry, lemonade and caramel.
