Minas Gerais is a state in Southeastern Brazil whose total land area is larger than Metropolitan France. It is the main coffee growing region of the country, producing about 74% of the national total.

This coffee is sourced from two coffee farmers in Minas Gerais: Jaime Prudencio & Eduardo Pires Almeida. Their lots of Catuai & Catucai were selected by Edgard Bressani for their exceptional quality, and processed at Latitudes Grand Cru Coffees facilities before being prepared for export.

The resulting cup reminds us of chocolate, hazelnut & caramel.
