Mayor - Laos
This was our first time buying coffee from Laos, and honestly, it felt like a “where have you been all our lives?” kind of moment. Mayor – Laos comes from the Champasak region of the Bolaven Plateau. With high altitudes, rich volcanic soil, and abundant groundwater, the terroir is nearly perfect for producing high-quality arabica. As always with Mayor, this lot is a washed Catigua varietal. In the cup, expect notes of Bosc pear, Glosette, and brown sugar. A cozy trio that makes this the perfect brew for the coldest, darkest months of the year.
