This is the first Nicaraguan coffee we are roasting, and we are extremely happy to add it to our bold coffee menu. It comes from our new friends at Finca Distribution (Vancouver), who exclusively import coffee from Nicaragua. It's also the first carbonic maceration coffee to appear on our menu. Stay tuned for our upcoming posts to learn more about this process, but basically, it means it will be fruity and bold! We were due for a good FUNKY coffee, don't you think?
