Pour over
since its a blends, kind of a best of both worlds? starts with beautiful sweetness with vanilla notes, ends with a more natural washed coffee flavour. 1:16.6, Medium-Coarse, T90 filter, 85-93C, 2x bloom 45s each, 3x the weight of coffee, then final circular pour until desired weight. TBT: around 2:15 - 45.

Comment ne pas aimer ce café de grains imparfaits. Les notes de fruits exotiques sont bien là. Par contre, le coté sucré surprend en bouche par sa forte présence. Malgré tout c’est un bon colombien bien balancé qui s’apprivoise à chaque gorgée.
