Notes of blood orange, blackberry, and candy. This coffee is produced by Juan Danilo Florez and his family at Finca Las Mañanitas in Urrao, Colombia. The farm is situated at 2010 meters above sea level and grows the Chiroso variety. The coffee is handpicked, processed using the 'cochadas' method, and dried in parabolic dryers for 8-10 days.
