Pour over
This coffee is a bit hard to dial in but once you get it right, it’s very smooth, syrupy, and sweet as espresso. I taste mostly the orange/citrus-y notes in it and as it cools, it tastes straight like orange juice. It’s a really good coffee but I wish it had a bit more nutty/chocolate-y taste to it rather than mostly orange juice flavour. The fruity and citrusy notes in the coffee work great as a flash brew/ice coffee/coldbrew though!!
