Jose Aldo

Minas Gerais is a state in Southeastern Brazil who's total land area is larger than Metropolitan France. It is the main coffee growing region of the country, producing about 74% of the national total.

This coffee is sourced from José Aldo dos Santos Gilho and his farm Fazenda Cajuru located in the municipality of Ibituruna, Minas Gerais. Jose is a young coffee producer whose mission is to offer coffees with unique sensory characteristics, through a production system that values the people involved and the environment. The farm has one of the most desired micro-climates for the production of specialty coffees. Altitudes ranging from 900 to 1100 meters and clayey soils of high natural fertility provide perfect conditions for the production of sophisticated coffees.

The resulting cup reminds us of white chocolate & plum crumble.

Coffee maker
Another sweet coffee, which I really like. I'm prejudiced toward a flavor profile of Chocolate, Nut, and Caramel. The flavour is a little too subtle for me though, but still enjoyable.

Essaye en esprosso, latte et pour-over. On a trouvé le gout bon mais pas prononce du tout dans les 3 facons. Presque anonyme en latte. Un cafe accessible, mais peut etre un peu trop

I find this smooth and bright with just enough acidity to wake up the taste buds without feeling overpowering. Flavour notes are subtle, primarily roasted pecans with a very faint chocolate aftertaste. Surprisingly lovely.
