Took me a while to get this coffee right, but once you get it it can be delicious, its a light flavor with some hints of sweetness

Nice Guji, easy to drink but a bit flat.

Espresso

Not a bad coffee easy to work with, but nothing mind blowing. Good body and sweet finish. Not a lot of clarity (could just be my brewing). Wouldn’t be disappointed if I got this in a shop.

Pour over

Tastes okay, not a huge fan of the apricot notes. Leads with apricot and finishes with the other fruity notes. 4:6 method, 700microns, 90C. 2x bloom, 50ml then 70ml 1 final pour until total volume 20g in, 330ml out
