With its coffee roastery in Fitzroy, brothers Steven and Trevor Simmons in 2017 tried a new concept for a high volume take away without neglecting speciality coffee. Well @industrybeans I confirm, your CBD coffee shop is quite busy with the hustle and bustle of the mornings. Quick-courteous service from the staff. The interior design is simple but warm and lets not forget, great flatwhite. Next time I am going to try the “Bubble coffee”. A combination of cold brew with coffee-soaked tapioca pearls. Bought a bag of coffee beans and started reading about the company…if only the people in “high places” could take exemple from the community of roasters, the ecosystem would feel better.
