Mon café préféré en Estrie. Les cafés sur place sont tous bons. Leur chai latte est extraordinaire. Le service est super et toujours fait avec un sourire. L’endroit est bien pour aller lire un livre, faire du travail ou jaser avec des amis. C’est la où j’achète des grains de café à chaque semaine. J’adore!

Excellent coffee and an unusually engaging experience. Xavier, who was both my barista and the roaster, was extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the coffee. He prepared an Ethiopian Sidamo natural as a V60 that was remarkably expressive—bright, complex and beautifully balanced—and took the time to talk coffee with me rather than simply serve it.
He also introduced me to a decaf that was genuinely remarkable and challenged my expectations of what decaf can be. Great coffee, real expertise, and the kind of interaction that makes you want to keep exploring. Absolutely worth seeking out.
