Nouvelle boulangerie installée à Orford et naturellement, j’y suis allée accompagné de @francoise.desharnais @lesmouflets.estrie présente un intérieur simple mais haut en produits tout a fait délectable aux yeux. Tout leurs pains sont à base de levain à partir de farines biologiques de seigle, blé entier ou épeautre. Le café est de @geogene.cafe le fromage de @fromagerie_la_station et pleins autres produits que je vous invitent a découvrir. Le choix du nom? Trois définitions s’y prête, 1ère definition, nom donné aux enfants joufflus du Sud de la France de l’ancien français. Le 2e definition, dans les années 60 le mot mouflet, ancien mot français, désignant le pain moelleux. Le muffin anglais, est rond et composé d’une pâte moelleuse cuit sur une plaque à pâtisserie. Le 3e définition, dans un four à bois, c’est le positionnement des différents pains, un four moufflet. Espérant que j’avais bien comprise les définitions ☺️.

A new bakery located in Orford, and naturally, I went there accompanied by @francoise.desharnais @lesmouflets.estrie has a simple interior but a wealth of products that are quite delectable to the eye. All their breads are sourdough-based from organic rye, whole wheat, or spelt flours. The coffee is from @geogene.cafe , the cheese from @fromagerie_la_station , and many other products that I invite you to discover. The choice of name? Three definitions lend themselves to it: the first definition, a name given to chubby children from the South of France in Old French. The second definition, in the 1960s, the word mouflet, an old French word, designating soft bread. The English muffin is round and composed of a soft dough baked on a baking sheet. The third definition, in a wood-fired oven, is the positioning of the different loaves, a moufflet oven. Hoping I understood the definitions correctly ☺️.
