• Rinse the filter and place ground coffee evenly in the brewer • Make sure the top, called the "bed", is flat. • Start your timer • Slowly pour 40ml of water to bloom the coffee bed and wait until the 30-second mark • Pour additional 90ml in 25 seconds • Wait 5 seconds • Pour 60ml in 20 seconds • Wait 5 seconds • Pour 60ml in 20 seconds • Wait 30 seconds • Pour the remaining 50ml in 15 seconds • Let the water draw down
