• Rinse the filter and place ground coffee evenly in the brewer • Make sure the top, called the "bed", is flat. • Start your timer • Slowly pour 50ml of water to bloom the coffee bed and wait until the 45-second mark • Pour additional 150ml in 30 seconds • Pour the remaining 90ml in 30 seconds to get to 290ml
