Preparation

Bloom
Start with wetting all the coffee, using 80 grams of water. Let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds.

Pour water over the coffee in a circular movement for about 1 minute.

Second Pour
Slowly pour the rest of the water in the middle of the coffee, u til you reach 750 grams.
