Setup
Put your Aeropress over a carafe or your favourite to-go mug, wet your filter with hot water to remove the papery taste, dump that papery water out.

Grind
Grind your beans to medium and add to the Aeropress, tare your scale.

Stir
Start a time and add all the water into the Aeropress, stir three times at a fast pace. Quickly replace the plunger back onto the Aeropress and pull backwards a little to create a vacuum. Let brew 1:00 minute.

Press
Remove the Aeropress from the scale and press down slowly with both hands, shooting your coffee into the cup! DONE!
