• Rinse the filter and place ground coffee evenly in the brewer • Make sure the top, called the "bed", is flat. • Start your timer • Slowly pour 40ml of water to bloom the coffee bed and wait until the 45-second mark • Swirl the V60 aggressively for a few seconds • Pour additional 180ml in 30 seconds • Pour the remaining 80ml in 30 seconds to get to 300ml • When the water level is halfway down the cone, gently swirl the V60 for a few turns and let the extraction finish
