Preparation

Weigh and grind 57g of coffee
Grind as coarse as possible

Add the ground coffee to your Mason jar

Add 455g (or mL) of cold water
Pour gently to avoid making a mess

Stir the mixture thoroughly with a spoon
Make sure that all the coffee grounds are submerged in the water

Seal the mason jar and store it in your fridge for 16h to 24h

Once the time brew time has elapsed, place a paper filter in a strainer, set the strainer on top of a large measuring cup, and pour your cold brew into it
The paper filter will catch any coffee grounds

Rinse your mason jar, then fill it up with your strained cold brew

Serve on ice and enjoy!
Add the milk of your choice if you prefer your coffee that way
