Based in Quebec City, Tambour Café is brand new micro-roaster with a focus on showcasing the terroir quality and the hard work behind every single coffee that comes through their hands. Founded in December 2021 by William Barry & Robin Dubé, they decided to get into coffee roasting after both having developed their passion for specialty coffee through their barista careers. They feel that the unifying nature of coffee goes hand in hand with the importance they place on sharing and sustainable development.
