Strong fermentation aroma, reminiscent of pickled Chinese vegetables, but surprisingly not overly acidic; tastes like an aperol spritz/negroni in coffee form; medium body, relatively sweet, and characteristics pass quickly.

Day 23 of Advent Calendar - This Red Bourbon really shows its roots, with a grape juice texture, red plum right away, and will berries in the finish. The espresso was 1:2.5 ratio, enough texture in the body without diluting it too much.
