Based in Lac-Mégantic, Ditchfield is a coffee roaster born out of a desire to participate in the change that has been taking place in the coffee industry for several years now. Founded in the Spring of 2022 by Katia Derbel and Jérôme Lavallée, Ditchfield allows them o be true to themselves through creativity and curiosity. Their goal is to share their passion for the world of specialty coffee with all those who are interested.
