Wesse Sidamo comes from one of the three protected designation of origin areas, alongside Harrar and Yirgacheffe. This distinction is due to ideal conditions: high altitudes, abundant rainfall, and fertile soils. The coffee plants are grown without fertilizers or chemical pesticides, alongside other food crops. The cup is generous with red fruit flavors and offers aromas reminiscent of wildflowers and chamomile.
