We love Brazilian coffee here at Dose. But this one is a little bit different... The Paraiso MG2 varietal offers up so much sweet fruit and yummy acidity that you'd mistake it for a coffee from East Africa! We are tasting apple, tropical fruits, blackcurrant, honey... Robinson's apple and blackcurrant squash for any Brits out there! José Maria de Oliveira, born in 1947, is a huge soccer fan and has named his farm 'Toca de Raposa' (the fox's touch) after his beloved team, Cruzeiro, whose mascot is a fox. His grandson Deyvid Leandro is helping him now to maintain their reputation of producing some of the best coffee in the state of Minas Gerais. Their commitment to excellence and sustainable farming are evident in this treat of a coffee!
