This coffee is sourced from small producers in the region of Tarrazù. The region is fuelled by coffee production and export. During harvest season, Tarrazú sees its population grow threefold with the influx of seasonal workers. Many people’s income largely depends on coffee production.

The result is a coffee with notes of butterscotch, chocolate and almond.
