Finca La Fany, cultivated by the Silva family in the Apaneca region since the late 1800s, is a testament to El Salvador's coffee legacy. This particular lot utilizes the Honey Process, enhancing the coffee's natural sweetness and complexity while maintaining the refined elegance of the Bourbon variety. Grown at approximately 1,500 masl, the resulting Medium Roast is richly flavored, featuring notes of clean Florals, bright Grapefruit, sweet Vanilla, and a comforting base of Toasted Hazelnut and Caramel. This is a complex, medium-bodied coffee that excels as both a filter brew and a balanced espresso.
