This is a decent cup of coffee made in the coffee maker. I’m not picking up its full intention, I feel. It seems less interesting than most. I might try it as a pour over and see if that helps bring out the flavours.

The Norman Canales single origin is profiled best for pour-over and best enjoyed within 4-14 days after roasting, after this freshness period, its still going to taste delicious, but we always encourage fresh is best! We have some super interesting coffees available that are funky, roasted fresh to order and ultra versatile to V60 or coffee makers.
