Mélange Maison is where we experiment with new blends for our café. Our House Blend is always crafted for espresso drinks and will always pair well with milk. Right now, we’ve created a two-part blend featuring our Mt Echo Brazil and a washed Guatemala. The washed Guatemala adds extra notes of hazelnut and milk chocolate.
