Last Splash

Last Splash features washed processed coffees. These are lots in which the fruit and sticky mucilage layers of the coffee cherry are removed after being picked fresh. It is a multi-stage process involving floating cherries in water and then using a de-pulper. The coffee features bright citrus flavours of tangerine and ruby red grapefruit juice, with lush aromatics of jasmine and hibiscus, a big body with jammy apricot notes, and a long finish with creamy vanilla, molasses, and cooked peaches.
