Today, the farm thrives with a mix of Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra varieties, alongside new, non-traditional plants. Innovative drying methods, including raised African beds and greenhouses, nurture the coffee’s rich, nuanced flavours. The washed process brings out La Laguneta’s balanced character, with sun-dried beans that preserve their natural sweetness.
