La Labor - Honduras

A coffee that’s as delicious as it is ethical. Certified Women’s Lot, Farmer Impact Fund, Verified Living Income, and USDA Organic, La Labor represents the future of sustainable and inclusive coffee production.

Produced by AMPROCAL, an association founded in 2007 by 10 women and now made up of over 300 female producers, this lot comes from Ocotepeque, Honduras. AMPROCAL is unique in the region, providing technical support, training, and sustainable farming guidance to improve both coffee quality and income for its members.

The cherries are hand-picked, pulped the same day, fermented for 12 to 18 hours, then washed with clean water and sun-dried for 4 to 7 days.

In the cup, La Labor is both delicate and complex, with notes of nougat, roasted almond, pear, and jasmine. Its round body shines beautifully in both espresso and filter brews.
