The original Café Yamabiko espresso blend. Blended to be stronger coffee that packs some kick. A blend of Brazil and a washed Colombian that we specifically develop a bit further to bring out some deeper flavours of stewed cherries and dark chocolate. Currently a blend of a natural Brazil from the Mantissa estate in the Sul de Minas, as well as a single farm lot from producers Sebastien and German in San Agustin, Huila Colombia.
