The almond and honey notes on a light bean was quite surprising. The cherry after taste and brightness from there was well expected and appreciated. Will have to order some to get in the ratio, I think a shorter and longer shot will bring out more fruit

Light body, fruit forward. Acidity is very well present. Reminds you of a pineapple light body gives you the floral that both carry a smooth but acidic cup. 🍹 Fruits forsure!

Day 6 of my advent calendar journey! The honey and almond really come through with a pleasant cherry brightness. Was a bit of a faster shot, will definitely order some so I can dial it in and get something with more texture. Maybe bring down the ratio a bit.
