Green Haven

Green Haven is a single-origin coffee sourced from the Molino Norte region of Matagalpa, Nicaragua. Grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes reaching up to 1,590 masl, this lot features a diverse mix of varieties, including Red and Yellow Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema.

The beans undergo a fully washed process with a 12 to 14-hour fermentation period before being sun-dried. This produces a well-balanced and comforting cup, characterized by classic notes of milk chocolate and caramel, complemented by a bright citric acidity. Its rich body and clean sweetness make it a versatile favorite for any brewing method.
