Andres is 25 and even at his young age, is producing one of our favourites from Colombia. He exports through Cedro alto EXCLUSIVELY to us. We buy his whole production every year. The farm is called Finca La Esperanza (like actually many farms around central and south america) & has diverse crops of fruit & some corn mixed in throughout, along with some very big trees creating shade naturally through the hotter months. Tank fermented, this natty is funky and full of nice sweet notes. Other than the bove flavours we also got, cider, kiwi, valencia orange, lime.
