Très peu d’acidité. Je l’ai goûté en espresso et en latte. Perd beaucoup de subtilité en latte. C’est un bon café mais pas de wow pour moi.

Je m'attendais à un peu plus de funk. J'ai surtout retrouvé du caramel et peu de fruit, il a tout de même une belle balance. Un bon café sans être exceptionnel.
