This coffee comes from Finca Fatima, a family-owned 50-acre farm in Coatepec, Veracruz, Mexico. Notably, Finca Fatima achieved 10th place in the prestigious 2019 Cup of Excellence, a global coffee competition. The beans undergo a meticulous drying process on raised beds with the entire cherry intact, resulting in a remarkable fruit-forward flavor profile.

The resulting cup reminds us of blueberry, pineapple, and apple.
