Un bel arĂŽme floral et de l'Ă©quilibre mais quelques dĂ©fauts qui gĂąchent l'expĂ©rience. MalgrĂ© pas mal d'essais, je n'ai pas rĂ©ussi Ă  faire partir une lĂ©gĂšre astringence en fin de bouche. Peut-ĂȘtre que c'est ma technique qui n'est pas adaptĂ©e Ă  ce cafĂ©.
