J'ai découvert des arômes de café encore inédit pour moi. D'abord, on est proche d'un thé noir et d'une infusion au citron avec des senteurs boisées. Ensuite, on fin de bouche on arrive presque sur un caramel aromatisé à la framboise. Délicieux

There's definitely citrus to kick things off, even in the aroma, as well as a funky fermentation smell (in a good way, to me). A nice acidity, without being overly so, along with that funky fermentation that I love so much in the flavor. Once cool enough to hold in the mouth, you feel a nice creamy texture and strong fruit vibes. Not sure I'm good enough at this to identify any specific fruits as they do though... This is a really good coffee. I wish I'd bought the 50g to have enough for two cups...
