This Honey Processed lot comes from Finca El Mango, one of the high-elevation growing areas managed by the Café Rivense family enterprise in the unique Chirripó micro-region. Consisting of Caturra and Catuai varieties grown between 1500–1650 masl, this coffee is dried for 5-6 days on raised beds. The Rivense operation is fully integrated, ensuring top quality and traceability while prioritizing sustainability through shade management and water conservation. Expect a wonderfully sweet cup with bright acidity, featuring prominent notes of Chocolate, tangy Blood Orange, delicate White Grape, sweet Strawberry, and a backbone of Caramel.
