This Washed process coffee from the Dukunde Kawa Cooperative in Rwanda's Gakenke District showcases the bright, clean profile for which Rwandan coffees are celebrated. Cultivated by nearly 460 farmers, primarily Bourbon variety, at high altitudes (1800-2100m), this lot is meticulously processed using extensive washing and sorting channels. The result is a Light Roast that shines with delicate sweetness and vibrant acidity, typically exhibiting notes of Golden Raisins, Maple Syrup, and Vanilla, or sometimes bright tropical fruit and orange zest.
